Amarki is a subsidiary of CREELiT. CREELiT considers Internet user privacy and security to be of vital importance. Following is the CREELiT’s commitment to protecting users’ privacy.

CREELiT only collects personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide in order to utilize the customized products and services offered. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, first and last name, physical address, zip code, email address, phone number, credit card information, and any other information that itself identifies or when tied to the above information, may identify a specific individual.

CREELiT also collects personally identifiable information that you supply about your clients. Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, physical address, zip code, email address, phone number, and any other information supplied by you for use in CREELiT’s Marketing Solutions for fulfillment of print, direct mail and email mailing campaigns. This information is collected with the sole purpose of completing the marketing materials you have requested.


When you visit CREELiT’s site, CREELiT collects some basic and anonymous information about your computer, including, but not limited to:

  • IP address (your computer’s unique signature)

  • Operating system (i.e. Windows XP, Mac OS X)

  • Browser software (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari)

CREELiT uses information collected about your computer to perform routine website maintenance and to generate aggregate web site traffic reports so it can be used to further develop site content, services and features of value to you. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Upon registration with CREELiT, CREELiT assigns a user ID number to grant access to the marketing services. The user ID is used for monitoring member usage and does not contain any personally identifiable information. Upon first visit it is suggested that your supplied user log in be updated and personalized.

CREELiT uses cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features

The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Additionally, you can disable or delete similar data used by browser add-ons, such as Flash cookies, by changing the add-on’s settings or visiting the Website of its manufacturer. However, because cookies allow you to take advantage of some of CREELiT’s essential features, we recommend that you leave them turned on.


Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others.

Third-Party Service Providers: We work with other companies and individuals that perform functions and services on your behalf. Examples include printing, fulfillment, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

CREELiT uses the services of FedEx as an outside shipping company to ship orders, and an independent credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. By agreement, these companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.


Security is very important to CREELiT. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

To confirm your orders we reveal only the last five digits of your credit card number. Only when the order is approved do we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer


All the information, (except your name and credit card) provided to CREELiT by a member may be updated at any time by accessing your account and going to the section called “Manage”. You may update your credit card and name by accessing the manage section on when log into the system through the administration tool.


You can delete your Personal Profile through contact with your broker who can access administration tools to update and delete your account. For individual agents using the system you can have your information deleted at anytime by accessing your administration tools.


All new members receive a welcoming email that verifies user name and password.

CREELiT will periodically notify members via email and/or mail when new services and features are added.


All personally identifiable information collected in order to provide you with services are securely stored in CREELiT’s databases. Access to your information is restricted to selected CREELiT employees and other authorized third parties such as state and federal regulatory authorities that perform periodic compliance reviews for the protection of consumers, and in rare cases contractors hired to perform quality control reviews.

CREELiT uses leading encryption technologies to protect personally identifiable information provided in order to obtain our services. Our web servers have been cryptographically enabled with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and other encryption technology supporting up to 128-bit encryption. Encryption prevents unauthorized parties from viewing any personally identifiable information provided by a user.

All CREELiT personnel are trained in CREELiT’s consumer privacy and security policies. As a condition of employment with CREELiT, all personnel must acknowledge and uphold CREELiT’s consumer privacy and security policies by signing a Privacy Pledge. This pledge requires CREELiT’s personnel to comply with consumer privacy and security policies, including not disclosing an individual’s personally identifiable information to unauthorized third parties
